We are currently providing services to Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Mercer Island WA. Ask us about other cities.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Your time is a valuable commodity and having more of it is priceless. However, the cost of hiring Your Errands On US is very affordable. Our rate is $25 per hour with a one hour minimum plus cost of shopping or groceries. Hourly charge begins from the time we leave to your location and ends after the errand or service is completed. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. You purchase online using credit card or paypal. In person we accept cash and personal or company checks. We also provide discount packages.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. 24 hour notice is requested for all services. There is a surcharge for rush service, last minute requests, overtime outside our normal business hours and holidays.

What are Surcharges?
The normal hours for a senior errand service are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with 24 hour notice to allow us to schedule each day in advance. If a customer needs an errand after hours or during a holiday, a surcharge may apply. Typical surcharges are:
1. After hours during the work week or anytime on weekends - $6 per hour additional.
2. Holiday service - $10 per hour additional.
3. Rush service (within 2-4 hours) $10 per hour additional.

What errands services are provided?
Currently we are providing the following Errands services (See Services Page for details): customized biz errands, waiting service, general errands, personal shopping dry cleaning, car errands, house sitting, banking errands, pet taxi , prescriptions and grocery shopping.
We will not perform any service that is illegal or may be a safety risk.

Do you have packages and gift certificates?
Your Errands On Us provides discount packages that can also be used as gift certificates. Please check the Shop page for list of packages that can also be purchased online.
Currently we have the following “package” discount:
Gold Package: $150 a month that covers two grocery shopping trips, two pharmacy trips and two general errands.
Dimond Package: $180 a month that covers two grocery shopping trips, two pharmacy trips and two general errands and four more hours per month.
5 Hour Package: $120 – Up to 5 hours per month.
8 Hour Package: $180 – Up to 8 hours per month.
10 Hour Package: $230 – Up to 10 hours per month.
